Alex Sproule is the founder and CEO of Above & Beyond Care. His journey in the NDIS industry began in 2019 when he completed his Certificate III in Individual Support in Bundaberg. While doing his work experience, Alex was employed by a local care provider, where he learned the basics of disability support. After gaining experience and a deeper understanding of the industry, he chose to start his own path and build an organisation that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

Alex started Above & Beyond Care because he wanted to help others and create a positive impact. He believes that even the smallest act of kindness can leave a lasting effect. With five years of experience in the care and disability sector, he leads his team with honesty, integrity, and loyalty. These values guide how he manages his staff, supports clients, and builds trust within the community.

His goal is to provide the best possible care to every client and create meaningful change in their lives. He defines success as helping clients reach their goals and seeing his team grow in skill and confidence. For Alex, training and development are essential. He ensures that every team member continues to learn and improve so they can deliver compassionate and high-quality care.
